ASCO Store Return Policy:

All requests for ASCO Store returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Requests for returns should be made to:

Physical products must be received at ASCO in good condition and accompanied by a copy of the packing slip (no exception). Refunds will be for the purchase price only and will not include shipping fees. Return postage is solely the responsibility of the returnee and will not be incorporated in the refund.

Streaming or digitally downloaded products (Videos and Meeting Slides) are not eligible for return.

ASCO eLearning course enrollment and Essentials subscription cancellations must be made within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
